Fees
Treatment fees are recoverable from most private health insurance companies dependant upon their rules and your level of cover. Please note that all fees are payable at the time of treatment and it is our policy for you to recover the cost of fees from your insurers direct. |

what if I don't turn up?
Do please remember that early warning of a cancellation allows us to see patients who are in pain and may be in need of urgent treatment.
The full fees are payable for missed or late cancelled appointments where less than one clear working days notice is given. |

Appointments
Your initial appointment takes about one hour and please allow twenty minutes for each subsequent treatment visit.
Appointments are available from early morning till evening six days a week, and emergency home visits are available. Clinic sessions take place in 2 sites covering Essex, Suffolk and also by appointment in Harley Street, London W1. Some international patients fly in to Stanstead Airport which is only 20 minutes away.
A Home Visiting Service is available in Essex and London
